Some attempts were made to describe what makes BACN such a unique gathering. I can think of at least three:

1. A consortium of other consultant peers in a non-competitive environment
2. A wholesome willingness to share information with others
3. Amazing, non-traditional programs that address both the intellect and the emotions

To rephrase:

1. Safety and peer-to-peer relationships
2. Generosity of spirit
3. Touching our hearts as well as our heads
