Starting a business is one thing. Growing it is another.
The obstacles to success for consultants are both real and imagined. Plans for business growth and financial sustainability are often challenged. Insecurities and fears can keep us from doing the things that will drive change and move us forward.
Sheila Lewis is a business builder who’s seen it all. Sheila will lead BACN through her workable plan for defining your vision for growth and preparing you—and your business—for prosperity.
At Sheila’s energetic Dare to be Successful workshop, you will learn to:
- Frame your definition of success
- Clarify what it takes to grow and sustain your business
- Change your thinking and get out of your own way
