Decisions that Matter: How to Change the World AND Make a Healthy Profit

So, you want to be intentional about your business, but you keep finding yourself agreeing to projects that are not aligned with your intent just to make ends meet.

Most of us left corporate America, started our own business, or made intentional decisions about what organizations we work for, to do business differently. We have different priorities: doing business ethically, honoring diversity & inclusion, decreasing the harm we do to the environment, more control over our working hours and incomes.

We want to know that what we do matters. We are looking for a sense of satisfaction from our work. We have a desire to be more intentional about how we do business and who we do it with.

And, at the end of the day, we have to make a living. This somehow can feel like it’s in conflict with our other goals.

Our day-to-day decisions produce our business results. In this interactive session you will:

  1. Learn how to operationalize your business mission and values
  2. See how sustainable & equitable business practices create customer loyalty and a strong brand
  3. Explore how to build impact through your business decisions
  4. Experience how good it feels to run a profitable business that makes a meaningful impact.

Join this ‘boots on the ground’ conversation around shaping businesses as a vehicle for change.
