Sanford Friedman: Turning Your Potential into Results— Setting Your Business Up for Success!

What separates really successful businesses and people from the pack? One major factor is their attitude. They are willing to do what it takes to overcome obstacles and get the support to achieve their goals. In essence, they know how to use their potential to turn their intentions into results that set them up for success.

You need the right attitude and execution to turn potential and intentions into results. It’s easy to make plans and resolutions, but they typically fall apart when it comes to implementation. This workshop will show you how attitude sabotages your ability to successfully turn potential into results. You will learn how to:

  • Be the agent of change in your business
  • Identify obstacles that get in the way of achieving your goals.
  • Develop a strategy to overcome the obstacles.
  • Prepare for and accommodate the changes necessary to do those tasks.
  • Develop goals that are attainable.

This will be a hands-on workshop where you will be asked to bring one of those nagging projects that you have been meaning to do, but never get to, such as starting and consistently writing a blog or e-newsletter, organizing your office, or calling past clients to keep in touch. These are all things we know we should be doing, but fall by the wayside for a variety of reasons. You will learn how to go from wanting to do these things to actually doing them through a series of exercises during the program. The course of the workshop will guide you through:

  • Breaking your goal down into the component parts required to make it real.
  • Listing as many of the obstacles, excuses, rationales, and other issues that prevent you from taking those smaller steps.
  • Brainstorming with a partner at your table to develop a list of things you can do to overcome those objections.
  • Developing a strategy to achieve your goal
  • Adopting a new attitude as the agent of change in your business.

Applying the same principles that make mastermind groups successful, by working with others, you will have the chance to leverage the experience and support of another person to help set yourself up for success.

Sanford Friedman

Sanford Friedman is a business consultant who specializes in turning a business’s potential into tangible results. He excels taking a vision and creating a clear path to obtain it, which he calls ‘the road map to success.’ Sanford’s work experience in small and large companies has given him first hand experience how to get things done, where they go awry, and turn things around when they do go awry.

Sanford is the founder of the Friedman Consulting Group, which provides COO and business management services to small and medium sized businesses. He has demonstrated that behind every successful business is a well-run operations.
