Ted Talks Twitter

Twitter Logo

Ted Prodromou gave a short presentation on "Getting Started with Twitter" covering basics like message length (140 characters) public replies using @<username>, direct messages, "following," and spreading a message by "retweeting" it.

Possibly the most important part of the talk were the examples of what not to use Twitter for: banalities like "I'm going to the gym now" and incriminating statements along the lines of "I drank way too much last night."
