For September’s Bits & Bytes segment, we talked about SlideShare, a service that lets you post PowerPoint (and Keynote) presentations online and embed them in your web pages—just like we’ve done here. You can choose whether to let viewers download your presentation. You can also post documents (like handouts) at SlideShare, though there are other services like DocStoc specifically for document hosting. And there’s a SlideShare application for LinkedIn, so you can embed presentations right in your LinkedIn profile.
